Designed to maximize the expansive views and vibrant sea life, this wrap-around deck provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. We transformed a deteriorated structure into a stylish and functional area. The underlying framing was significantly upgraded, ensuring a solid connection to the house, and we paid careful attention to waterproofing. The composite decking merges beauty with low maintenance, while the stainless steel cable rail adds a modern touch and unobstructed views of the surroundings. Project: Toutle Makeover
Discover our home makeover project in Toutle. We started by removing a deteriorating sunroom and replacing old windows and doors, along with damaged exterior siding. After repairing some framing and replacing the fascia boards, we installed a new roof and gutters. With a couple of coats of paint added, these improvements have significantly enhanced the beauty and weather resilience of the home's exterior.
We are now beginning phase two, which will feature a new wrap-around deck and a cozy pavilion. This design will take advantage of the tranquil surroundings, providing a peaceful space to unwind or entertain. Stay tuned for updates!
